Spring of 2016, Vanessa founded Creative Admin (formerly known as Boston Executive Assistants), an organization that promotes the networking and collaboration and mutual support of Administrative Professionals. The founding Boston Chapter has more than 2,000 community members representing over 500 Boston area based companies. Creative Admin serves to unite administrative professionals by networking with growth-minded professionals and to also feel empowered through shared experiences, resources and learning.

An organization with over 1,000 community members designed to support women. We are redefining what career, health, home and lifestyle means for the modern day women. Supporting women to continue to reinvent themselves to be the best version of themselves to achieve success on their own terms. We inspire women by sharing their stories and elevate them to continue to build new skills, push boundaries, talk about taboo topics and to use their network to increase their net-worth. ​
